Youths below 21 years old must be accompanied by an Adult / Guardian for the mission.
A guardianship responsibility is extended to no more than 2 minors not of kin.
I consent to receive relevant information relating to its programmes, activities, events from A Call To Share (ACTS), its affiliated organisations, agents and authorised service providers via voice call / phone calls, SMS/MMS, fax, email and any other electronic means of communication at the telephone number and email addresses that I have provided to ACTS.
AIRFARE Participants are responsible for purchasing their own flight tickets and travel insurance (this is mandatory).
ACCOMMODATION Hotel reservations will be arranged for participants and all room and miscellaneous charges incurred will be settled by participants upon check out on the last day.
COST Mission fee for Philippines is SGD 200 per person. This amount is used to help defray costs incurred for Philippines airport transfers to and from hotel, all meals, daily water supply, local coach transfers and any expenses that may arise during mission week. Any excess balance from the total fee collected will be put back into the ACTS Central Mission Fund for use the following year. There will be no issuance of refunds unless on medical grounds or exception reasons.
IMPORTANT DATES There are 3 compulsory mission preparation sessions to be attended (Mission awareness session on 1 July, Mission formation session on 16 Sep and Mission send off on 11 Nov). Please reserve your afternoons on those dates so that you will not miss them.
DURATION Participants are advised to arrive before/by 25 Nov and depart on/after 1 Dec.
LUGGAGE SPACE Ensure you have spare luggage space to help carry up items for the mission
