Vietnam: An Overview

In early 2012, ACTS raised funds to develop a youth centre in Khontum Province, Vietnam under Sr. Madalena Chou, a Salesian nun. Fund raising for this project was headed by Elizabeth Koh from parish of St. Francis Xavier and Shanny Ho of OLPS.
