Phnom Penh - Teuk Thla, Cambodia Mission, 29 Nov – 6 Dec 2025 Registration

Mission size: 60-65 participants

The Phnom Penh Teuk Thla Mission is a week-long work and spiritual experience in the Don Bosco school run by the Salesian sisters. We work closely with them and their prayerful and joyful attitude always inspires us and we learn how to live well in community and overcome difficulties with patience and love.

Don Bosco Teuk Thla school is located in the city with about 1400 students from poor families who are cared for by the Sisters. They are found and gathered into the fold from the most impoverished of urban conditions.

We cooperate with the Salesian Sisters to uplift their circumstances and grow their ability to cope with the harsh city life they are thrust into. This is an opportunity to make a real difference, to bring mutual learning, friendship, Christian values and support to the students and families in their school and home. We also fundraise to help give them the opportunity to be in school. So if you have an open heart and willing hands and minds, you are called.

Participants should be physically and mentally well to participate in the mission's strenuous day. While the mission is primarily geared towards participants who are 16 and above, we accommodate participants of ages 13 (as of Dec 2025) and above to join. Participants aged *13–15 years must be accompanied by at least one parent. *16-18 year olds need a guardian or parent to accompany, and *19-20 year olds need parental consent.

We encourage families and extended families to come together to share in this bonding and affirming experience.
